The Gershwin Hotel (7 E. 27th St., Manhattan)
Comedian Anthony Scibelli returns to the Gershwin Hotel on January 24th. A recent semifinalist in the Boston Comedy Festival, Anthony began writing and performing comedy while he was a student at Brandeis University, and since then, his disarming style, clever joke writing and unique worldview have made him a powerful new voice in comedy. Combining strings of one-liners, sharp observational material, and idiosyncratic story telling, Anthony charms audiences with his dry wit and healthy sense of the absurd. He writes articles and sketches for Cracked.com, Splitsider.com, and UnSceneComedy.com.
The show will also feature the mystical magician The Great Alexander, along with some “special guests.”
