NYC’s polls are open from 6am-9pm today. Governor Cuomo signed an executive order yesterday that allows registered NYC voters (and registered voters in other counties affected by Sandy) to cast ballots at any polling place in the state. However, if you vote at a site outside of your district, only your presidential & US Senate votes will count.
