Intro to Yoga Series

Designed for individuals with little to no yoga experience. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. In this series we will:

* Learn the basic elements of standing and sitting yoga poses
* Explore the ujjayi breath and other breathing techniques to calm the mind and build awareness of the body
* Practice meditation
* Discover your body’s potential for greater flexibility and strength

Additional details:
* Please wear comfortable clothing
* Please eat at least 2 hours before class
* Yoga mat is highly recommended

Attendance at all 4 sessions is important as we will build on each session
