Starting June 2nd through August 29th, CRUNCH will be holding FREE fitness classes on our Front/Row lawn (corner of Front and Fulton Streets). Every Monday through Friday 7-8am! Class Schedule: Monday – Yoga – Sunrise Salutations - Rise and shine with the power of the sun. Skip the caffeine and jump-start your day with a class that builds strength and flexibility with every pose. Tuesday – Breakfast Bootcamp w/ Personal Trainers – This early morning bootcamp-style class combines a series of high intensity training intervals with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results. Wednesday – Wellness Wednesday with Yoga/Pilates fusion - Start your day off right with the perfect blend of both yoga and pilates to improve core strength, balance and flexibility. Thursday – Throwback Thursdays w/ Retro-Robics - It's a blast from the past! Work up a sweat with a touch of nostalgia in this heart-pumping, traditional aerobics class set the best of 80’s and 90’s music. Friday – Friday Dance Party - TGIF!
