Every Wednesday, starting May 14, The Rise NYC brings boot camp to Midtown. Workouts vary each week, and can involve circuit training, cardio, or the famous “deck of cards” drill, where each card’s suit and number correspond to a different boot camp-style exercise (sit-ups, push-ups, and more). This community-driven, friendly boot camp uses smiles and high-fives for encouragement…no intimidation or in-your-face instructors here!
