The Yoga Collective, 135 West 29th Street 6th Floor, Suite #603 Wednesdays 7-8AM & 12:30-1:30PM, Fridays 7-8AM Low back pain? Tense shoulders? Through a combination of targeted stretching, self-massage and yoga, we’ll focus on desk job trouble spots to improve circulation, increase mobility and reduce pain. This class combines Yoga Tune Up, Vinyasa and restorative yoga to open up the hips, shoulders, hands and feet without a sweaty practice (so you can go directly to work afterward). All levels are welcome and students working an office job will see the maximum benefit.
