**$2 boxed wine Lately, We've been feeling a little superhuman, trying to be all that we can be while still leading pretty ordinary lives all day... This art show, inspired by the Amazing strength it takes to live in New York City and still create, while appearing to lead a normal life often including one if not many jobs, is a dedication to the creative process brought under scrutiny through the harsh economic reality of New York City. In this art show artists are making larger than life works on cardboard, under a time constraint-as most works will be made on-site in the span of a happy hour session, after our day jobs... The show's aesthetic is inspired by traditional comic book art, and will act as a cathartic POW and BAM to life, work and society... It is a show dedicated to the dedication it takes to stay in the city and thrive... Right now, more than ever before, artists are super heroes!!! This show will include works by Laura Perez-Harris, Chris Uphues, Rob Coradetti, William Schmeichen, Allison Awesome, Gregory Stovetop, Nysa Frank, Erik Z, Rachel Nelson and a few other superhumans...!!!
