1 – 6PM | MoCADA On December 12th, the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts (MoCADA) will host its annual Winter DIY Fest featuring New York-based artisans and vendors: The Apothekarium, Anna Mae’s Cheescakes+Moore, A Jypsy’s Junk, Another World Photography, Dahlia Soleil Collection, Joyce Diggs Jewelry, Mawusi, FLO+THEO, Origin Styles x Nasozi, NPO Creations and more. Shoppers will find outstanding handmade goods – ranging from cutting edge jewelry and all natural bath & body products to housewares and clothing. This year is going to be our most ambitious DIY Fest yet. Vendors will fill the museum’s gallery for 12 days! Music and refreshments will keep the atmosphere festive as shoppers browse. Open to the public & appropriate for all ages. $5 suggested donation to benefit MoCADA’s Artists-in-Schools program.
