Randall's Island Park, 1 Randall's Island Park FLOW.14 is an environmental art installation along the Island’s scenic southern waterfront pathways in partnership with the Bronx Museum of the Arts. The opening of this exciting installation is a free family event open to the public and will feature an afternoon filled with art and a wonderful Latin music and dance performance from children in Randall’s Island Park Alliance’s Musical Arts Program. The participating artists will be available to discuss their works and artistic process. The FLOW art pieces are site-specific works designed to invite public interaction and to reflect Randall’s Island Park’s unique waterfront environment and colorful history. The works are by emerging artists from the Bronx Museum’s Artists in the Marketplace (AIM) program. FLOW.14 – the fourth annual exhibition – is made possible through support from Made Event.
