For many, hacking sounds like magic. It’s a secret known to few that grants access to both the hidden and the forbidden. In this workshop, Professor Moran Cerf will talk about some of the tools and techniques used by hackers to penetrate our security. Professor Cerf will share how hacking works, what new techniques he has uncovered in his work as a neuroscientist, and what hidden threats loom ahead. Tying these ideas back to Mr. Robot, Professor Cerf will shed light on some of the hacks portrayed in the show, giving a real-life hacker’s point of view on the events of the drama.
