Local studio, Brooklyn Strength designs a fitness program to meet and exceed your personal health and fitness goals! Strength training and aerobic intervals in and around the park with local studio, Brooklyn Strength. This is a fun and challenging mixed level class.
A few notes:
– Registration begins at 2:30 pm before each class.
– Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
– All participants must sign a waiver each afternoon before participating.
