Join us for the next Astronomy on Tap NYC as we moon you! Wait, that's no moon... and all the other bad jokes. But seriously - we'll be focusing on our own moon and then jumping way out into the galaxy to check out a bunch of (or, well, maybe 1 - the data is promising though) exomoons! Speakers: Emily Rice, CUNY/AMNH, on our Moon Sam Alpert, AMNH, on meteorites and our moon Alex Teachey, Columbia U, on exomoon detection Ben Pope, NYU, on exomoon habitability As usual, we'll also have prizes for quiz winners and lots of beer and science! 7:30pm - quiz 8pm - talks start 10pm - prizes!
