Each session is structured by an experienced Shinnyo Meditation guide whose clear, spoken instructions allow your body to relax and your mind to enter a state of restful awareness. The Jazz Meditation allows you to enjoy a live music performance while practicing meditation.

Register online here or drop by after work on Thursday at 7:00 p.m.! Registration is $12 for members, and $15 for non-members.
