Famed New York Chef David Bouley takes the stage at The TimesCenter to dish about what it’s like to be a Michelin-star chef, his food philosophy and more. Known for his use of artisanal sources and pure, nutritional ingredients and an improvisational style where recipes are tossed out the window, Bouley trained internationally with the best chefs in the world before opening his flagship restaurant, Bouley. His self-titled restaurant was overwhelmingly chosen as the place where Zagat readers would eat their last meal and has received a Michelin star in the 2013 guide. Chef Bouley has also received James Beard Foundation awards for best restaurant and best chef.
