It’s December 2008, and America is in the midst of financial crisis and political upheaval. An American woman is offended by what she considers to be a grave U.S. offense. Despite the pleas of her daughter and ex-husband, the woman flees to London, the city where she grew up. There, she finds an emotional outlet in the act of graffiti-ing, spreading her anguished artwork across the city of her youth. Meanwhile, her fractured family roams the streets of London, trying to understand what sparked her traumatic decision.
