The Brooklyn Comics and Graphics Festival is an annual curated event organized by Desert Island, PictureBox and Bill Kartalopoulos. It consists of four parts: artists and publishers displaying and selling publications; gallery exhibitions; films and performances; and lectures and conversations on comics.

The festival is open and free to the public.
