Election Night Watch Party
Housing Works’ Bookstore Café (126 Crosby St., Manhattan)

Ease your anxiety with the comforting presence of your fellow book nerd and drink specials and chili from our cafe. The first polls close at 7pm, and we’ll be open until midnight and maybe later (we can’t commit to being open until the election is decided in the case of a recount situation, but we’re going to stick in there as long as we can).

If you filled up a punchcard at the debates, be sure to bring it so you can collect your winnings of a bucket of PBR. No punchcard? No worries, we’ve got some great cafe specials:
– 2fer drink specials: 2 PBR for $5 / 2 Brooklyn Lager for $9 / 2 Sixpoint Sweet Action for $11
– $18 bottles of wine
– add a cheese tray to the above for $6

Plus, we’ll be making chili with fixins! We’ll all need some comfort food, surely.

More to be announced, we’re working on some sort of game or entertainment to keep y’all occupied as the fate of the nation is decided.
