Saturday, June 23rd: The Great New York City Scavenger Hunt of 2012

The Great New York City Scavenger Hunt of 2012
25th St. btw. 3rd and Lex., Manhattan

Hear ye! Hear ye! The Great New York City Scavenger Hunt has returned for its forth consecutive year.

In past years, we’ve stolen food off strangers’ plates, acted out Macbeth with tourists on the Brooklyn Bridge, held a watermelon eating contest with a group of high schoolers on the 42nd Street Shuttle, given away bananas on St. Marks, built a human pyramid with a church group in Union Square, and generally had some amazingly random and awesome times. This year will be even bigger and better, we guarantee it.

Get together a team of 3 to 7 people, and post your member names and your team name on the event’s Facebook wall. Last year we had over 50 people come out for the hunt, so let’s try to get to 75 this year! Invite your friends, invite your enemies, invite your barber and invite your podiatrist.
