The Brooklyn Kitchen’s in-house pie expert and chef instructor Millicent Souris has written a book all about pie!

We would like invite you to join us for the release and celebration of “How to Build a Better Pie: Sweet and Savory Recipes for Flaky Crusts, Toppers, and the Things in Between.”

Millicent will be talking about how she went from working in the music industry to filling pies, and all of the gooey details on what went into writing her book.

There will also be pie – lots of pie – made by you! Millicent welcomes all of you, many of who have taken her class, to please bring a savory or sweet pie of your own to share. Sponsored by Brooklyn Brewery.

Copies of “How to Build a Better Pie” will be on sale at the event. Millicent will be signing books and expanding pie making dreams that night, so don’t miss out on this pie party!
