Yoga for Total Newbies

This class is specifically designed for people who are new to yoga.
If you’re interested in yoga but feel a bit intimidated/spooked by it, this class is for you.
The class will begin with a general presentation: what yoga is, where it comes from, what it can do for a person’s health and life, etc..
Then certified vinyasa yoga instructor Andrew Sellers will lead a slowed-down beginner’s class- walking participants through common “flows” and asana sequences, all the while demonstrating key poses and concepts. Individuals will learn the proper way to get the most out of each pose.
The class will conclude with a question and answer session. All yoga related questions are welcome!
