Monday, February 27th: Carbon Squeeze #1: The ‘Inconvenient Truth’

Carbon Squeeze #1: The “Inconvenient Truth”
The JCC in Manhattan (Amsterdam Ave. & W. 76th St., Manhattan)
7pm
Free, RSVP to carbonsqueeze@gmail.com with zip code

The Carbon Squeeze is a movement started by Upper West Siders to reduce our carbon footprint as a community. Our first step is to host a series of community events, all of which will be fun, interactive, and actionable. The very first Carbon Squeeze event will feature renowned environmentalist, Paul Reale, from The Climate Reality Project. Paul will provide a powerful account (with jaw-dropping images) of how climate changes are affecting our planet and ways we can act NOW to stem the damage!

Whether you occasionally forget to recycle your water bottles or you are dedicated to your in-home composter, these sessions are for you. We’ll be working together to Squeeze – The – Carbon – Out – Of – Our – Lives!
