Friday, November 4th: A Night of Music, Dance, Drama & Discussion Inspired by ‘The Genographic Project’

A Night of Music, Dance, Drama & Discussion
The Frank Sinatra School of the Arts (35-12 35th Ave., Queens)
7pm
$10

This is a multi-dimensional, multi-genre program. It was inspired by National Geographic’s The Genographic Project, an ongoing anthropology study that charts human migrations throughout the world.

This is a work in progress, and this special debut performance premiering November 4th, 2011 at 7pm at The Frank Sinatra School of the Arts is an opportunity to get a bird’s eye view into the developing work and to speak with the artists about their inspiration. The special event begins with movement artists who combine expressionist dance with acting. Jazz and other musicians headline a live music segment, followed by a showcase of theatrical performances by professional actors.
