Melodious and uplifting songs constitute the spirit of this Jazzimodo, formed by Paz Court (vocals) and Lautaro Quevedo (keyboards) in 2005.
They have quickly risen from celebrated jazz scenarios to a popular alternative scene, captivating the chilean public with their original sound
Their self titled debut album (2008) was critically acclaimed and its sticky single “Caramelo”. Pasty melodies became the start of a raising career for Jazzimodo, touring all around Chile, making great appearances on celebrated TV shows, newspapers and radios, as well as participating in the most important festivals in Chile. In fact, their appearance on 2010’s Festival de Viña del Mar left them a sturdy following by performing a very particular version of “El Rock del mundial” from The Ramblers (chilean classic).
Jazzimodo is currently working on their second release set for next June 2011. Their new single “Castillos en el Aire” is already rambling through the internet world-wide.
